Ingredients to make Ravioli with spinach:
- 400 grams of cheese ravioli
- 1 onion
- 300 grams of spinach cooked and cut
- 150 grams of cottage cheese
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Ravioli with spinach:
- Prepare a pot with boiling water and salt to cook the ravioli. Drain and set aside.
- In a casserole, heat half the oil and sauté the spinach.
- Cook for a few minutes over high heat until all the water is released and season with salt
- Heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion.
- Add the chopped spinach, cottage cheese, milk, oregano, and pepper.
- Put the ravioli in a fountain.
- Divide the spinach sauce, sprinkle with the oregano and grated cheese and serve.
