Spaghetti Carbonara with Corn Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti carbonara with corn:

  1. 200 grams of Spaghetti
  2. 200 grams of sweet corn
  3. 180 grams of smoked bacon
  4. 3 units of Egg
  5. 200 milliliters of Cream of milk (1 cup)
  6. 1 handful of Parmesan cheese
  7. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Spaghetti Carbonara with Corn:

  • Ready all the ingredients.
  • In a frying pan, arrange the finely cut bacon until it is golden and releases its fat.
  • Add the tender corn and mix until golden.
  • Separately, mix the milk cream and the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and wait for the temperature to drop. Then, add the milk cream mixture and return to very low heat. Stir and cook gently so that the egg does not coagulate (it should be thick). Add Parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti in the traditional way, in boiling water with plenty of salt. Cook until al dente.
  • Serve the spaghetti, cover with the sauce and finish with Parmesan cheese. Spaghetti carbonara with corn is a delicious dish, ideal for children.
