Ravioli stuffed with ricotta recipe

Ingredients to make Ravioli stuffed with ricotta:

  • 1 unit of gluten-free pasta dough
  • 1 bunch of Basil
  • 250 grams of Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make Ravioli stuffed with ricotta:

  1. The first step to make the stuffed ravioli recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. First we are going to fill the ravioli. To do this, we take the ricotta cheese to a bowl with the basil leaves, blend or process very well until the ingredients are integrated.
  3. Once processed add a little salt, pepper and garlic paste.
  4. Finally, add the nutmeg and mix well, reserving the filling for later.
  5. Roll out the pasta dough with a rolling pin or pasta machine.
  6. Fill the ravioli and close very well so that they do not open during cooking
  7. Bring a pot over medium heat with a little olive oil and salt to taste. Once the water is boiling, add the fresh pasta and cook until it is al denteor at the desired cooking point.
  8. Remove the fresh pasta and bring a pan to medium heat, add a little olive oil and add the ravioli when hot.
  9. Add a little whole milk and milk cream, if you want you can add white wine to taste. Let this sauce reduce over low heat and turn off when ready
  10. Serve the ricotta-filled ravioli with a bit of the sauce we made in the last step, add Parmesan cheese to taste.
