Ingredients to make Ravioli in oregano and lemon sauce:
- 400 grams of ravioli 4 cheeses.

- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.
- Half a cup of milk cream
- 1 Tablespoon of dried oregano.
- Half a cup of whole milk.
- 2 tablespoons of margarine.
- 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.
How to make Ravioli in oregano and lemon sauce:
- In a deep pot, heat water.
- Once the water is boiling, cook the ravioli.
- Once it is at the desired point (al dente or a little more cooked) remove the ravioli from the water and reserve.
- In a very hot pan, melt the butter; add the finely chopped garlic, the milk cream and the whole milk. Let keep for a couple of minutes.
- Add the lemon, salt, pepper and oregano. Let keep for a few more minutes. Rectify flavor and if you need a little salt or pepper add it.
- Once this sauce is added, add the ravioli and serve.
- Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on each of the plates and serve.
