Making pizza at home is a lot of fun and best of all; you can make it however you like. If you have frozen homemade pizza dough, it will take very little time to have it ready and if not, to get into flour, which is not complicated! I share my recipe for Serrano ham and mushroom pizza that is covered with smoked camorra cheese that we love at home because of how well it melts and the smoky touch that is delicious and very aromatic. I hope you are encouraged to prepare it and tell me what you think.

Ingredients to make Serrano ham and mushroom pizza:
- 1 homemade pizza dough
- 1 tin of sliced mushrooms
- 150 grams of Serrano ham
- 3 tablespoons of fried tomato
- 150 grams of smoked camorra cheese
How to make Serrano ham and mushroom pizza:
- We start by preparing the base as I explained in the recipe for the spongy pizza dough that I shared in Recetas Gratis. If you have the frozen dough, you should have left it defrosting in advance in the refrigerator.
- When we have it ready, we stretch it out with the help of a rolling pin on a silicone sheet or baking paper since that way it will be easier to put it on the baking tray.
- We put a few tablespoons of tomato sauce or fried tomato on the base and spread it well with the help of a spoon.
- Drain the mushrooms and distribute them well over the dough. Cut the Serrano ham into cubes or strips and place it on top of the mushrooms. Finally, we cut the camorra cheese into cubes and distributed it all over the mushroom and Serrano ham pizza.
- Place the mushroom and prosciutto pizza in the preheated oven at 180ºC and bake it for about 30 minutes or until the edges are done and the cheese is melted and golden. We take it out of the oven, wait a few minutes for it to settle, we leave and enjoy! We can accompany it with a salad or some potatoes in the oven and we will have a complete lunch or dinner!
