How to make Seafood Pizza:
- To make this homemade pizza with seafood, the first thing to do is to make the dough. To do this, in a small bowl, mix the water with the sugar and yeast. Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After this time, in another bowl, put the flour, salt and 3 tablespoons of oil. Then, add the water with the yeast and knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 1 hour until doubled in volume.
- Flour the work surface, put the dough on it and knead again. Make a ball and let it rest in the covered bowl for 15 more minutes.
- After this time, flour the rolling pin and the work surface. Then, roll out the dough to the size of a baking tray. Grease the tray with oil, roll the dough on the roller and spread it on the tray to cover it.
