  • 300 grams of Pumpkin
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of black olives
  • 220 grams of macaroni
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

How to make Pasta with pumpkin and bacon:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the pasta with pumpkin and bacon.
  2. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into not very large squares. We fry the pumpkin together with the whole garlic and a little olive oil. Let the pumpkin cook for 20-25 minutes, until soft. We season.
  3. When the pumpkin is ready, we add the bacon cut into thin strips and let it brown.
