Ingredients to make Pasta with pumpkin and bacon:
- 300 grams of Pumpkin
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons of black olives
- 220 grams of macaroni
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
How to make Pasta with pumpkin and bacon:
- We gather all the ingredients to prepare the pasta with pumpkin and bacon.
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into not very large squares. We fry the pumpkin together with the whole garlic and a little olive oil. Let the pumpkin cook for 20-25 minutes, until soft. We season.
- When the pumpkin is ready, we add the bacon cut into thin strips and let it brown.
