Ingredients to make Practical Pizza funghi:
- For the masses:
- a nut of yeast
- of water
- 500 gr. of flour
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- salted
- For the willow:
- Hydnum rufescens
- Boletus edulis or pinicola
- Craterellus cornucopioides (Trumpet of the dead)
- grated cheese to taste
- Ketchup
- Lactarius delicious (Níscalo)
- Oregano
- oil
How to make Practice Pizza funghi:
- We place the flour as a mountain on the counter or better on a silicone mold since it will save us time later when cleaning.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Add the previously salted lukewarm water and the oil little by little, knead carefully until all the ingredients are perfectly mixed and we obtain elastic dough.
- Let stand covered with a kitchen towel for half an hour.
- With the help of a kitchen roller we extend the dough and place it on a greased oven tray.
- Wash the mushrooms and cook them separately in a pan with a little olive oil until they have lost the water they release.
- Once we have the dough spread out on the tray, we put the tomato sauce on top, the mushrooms in quarters and the cheese, sprinkle with oregano and put in the oven previously heated to 220º between 15 and 20 minutes.
