Ingredients to make Pizza al formaggio:

  1. 350g flour
  2. 20g yeast
  3. 100 g Parmesan cheese
  4. 100g cheese grate
  5. 100 g provolone cheese
  6. 2 pcs eggs
  7. 1 pinch salt
  8. oil

How to make Pizza al formaggio:

  • Cut the Parmesan cheese into flakes and the provolone into small pieces.
  • Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Add 100 g. of flour and knead to form a tender bun.
  • Place it in a covered bowl, in a warm place. Mix the remaining flour with 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and half a glass of warm water, until you get smooth dough.
  • Beat the eggs with the three cheeses, incorporate into the previous dough and then add the yeast dough.
  • Mix everything until it comes off easily from your hands.
  • Spread the dough in an oiled pizza pan and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth.
  • Cook in a hot oven for 1/2 hour.
  • Remove and serve.
