Ingredients to make Pizza al formaggio:
- 350g flour
- 20g yeast
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 100g cheese grate
- 100 g provolone cheese
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- oil
How to make Pizza al formaggio:
- Cut the Parmesan cheese into flakes and the provolone into small pieces.
- Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Add 100 g. of flour and knead to form a tender bun.
- Place it in a covered bowl, in a warm place. Mix the remaining flour with 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and half a glass of warm water, until you get smooth dough.
- Beat the eggs with the three cheeses, incorporate into the previous dough and then add the yeast dough.
- Mix everything until it comes off easily from your hands.
- Spread the dough in an oiled pizza pan and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth.
- Cook in a hot oven for 1/2 hour.
- Remove and serve.
