How to make Cannelloni with pesto:
- Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion with the minced garlic.
- When the onion is poached, add the minced meat, and when it is golden, add the tin of pâté.
- Add the fried tomato and reduce the filling of the cannelloni with pesto sauce.
- When the tomato is reducing, add a splash of red wine and let it reduce again.

- We unite both sauces until the mixture is homogeneous.
- We roll up the cannelloni filling them with the meat and in each cannelloni we add a little béchamel with pesto.
- We place all the cannelloni stuffed with pesto on a tray and cover with béchamel with pesto and cheese on top.
- We gratin the cannelloni with pesto sauce in the oven at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes, the time depends on the oven.
- We serve the pesto cannelloni with minced hornbeam and freshly made béchamel sauce in portions, and that’s it!
