Ingredients to make Penne with Creamy Fish Sauce:
- half a kilo of penne
- Half a kilo of peeled prawns
- 350g white fish
- 250 grams scallops
- 150 grams smoked salmon
- chicken soup
- 30 grams butter
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 grams liquid cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 yolks
- basil
How to make Penne with Creamy Fish Sauce:
- Chop the fish and remove the bones, clean the scallops and cut the salmon into strips, boil half a liter of chicken broth and add the prawns, and simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and repeat the operation with the fish and then with the scallops keep the broth on one side and the fish on the other, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in the butter.
- Add to these the cream, broth and lemon juice, and bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes over medium heat until the base sauce is halved. Cook the pasta separately and drain.
- Add the fish and salmon, to the sauce, and bring to a boil again, removing it and adding the egg yolks and basil, and stir to serve the seasoned pasta with the sauce.
