Ingredients to make Salvadoran Spaghetti:
- 1 pound of cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 of pepper Basil leaves (to your liking)
- 2 cups of spinach boiled and chopped
- 3/4 cup cream
How to make Salvadoran Spaghetti:
- Sauté the onion in the margarine with the basil leaves.
- Apart, grind the spinach with the cream and season with salt and pepper: add this mass to the fried onion.
- Cook over low heat.
- Drain the spaghetti and empty it on a plate.
- Drizzle with sauce and serve.
