Ingredients to make Peasant Pizza:
- 200 g minced meat
- 500g flour
- 20 g pressed yeast
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 300 g peeled tomatoes
- 1 unit bread soaked in milk
- 2 pcs eggs
- 50g mozzarella
- 1pc onion
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
How to make Peasant Pizza:
- Dilute the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and mix with the flour, add the oil, salt and a little warm water if necessary.
- Knead lightly and let rest in a warm place.
- Stretch and take to horn for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the meat with the chopped onion.
- When it turns golden, add the crumbled bread, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
- Finally add the tomatoes and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and fill with the meat.
- Arrange the sliced mozzarella on top and return to the oven for a few minutes.
