Ingredients to make Pastora Macaroni:
- 500 gr. striped macaron
- 200 gr. cottage cheese
- 150 gr. sausage
- 75 gr. of butter
- 25 gr. grated sheep cheese
- salted
- Pepper
- cinnamon
How to make Pastora Macaroni:
- Cook the pasta al dente. In a frying pan, fry the sausage, cut into strips, with the butter.
- On a plate, crush the cottage cheese, add some salt and pepper and mix well.
- Reserve in a bain-marie in hot water. When the pasta is cooked to its point, drain it and pour it into a bowl.
- Season with the sauce and cover with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
