Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini recipe

Ingredients to make Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini:

  1. 350 grams of pasta, chosen to taste
  2. 200 grams of mushrooms
  3. 150 grams of zucchini
  4. 4 tablespoons of dry white wine
  5. 1 clove garlic
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  7. 3 oil tablespoons
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini:

  • Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
  • Grate the zucchini with a large whole grater.
  • Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with the oil and the crushed whole garlic for a few minutes.
  • Add the wine and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove the garlic, add the zucchini and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  • Cook the pasta as usual and drain.
  • Add it to the pan, with the previous preparation and cook, all together, for about three minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve at the moment.
