Pasta with meat can be made in many ways, but a very simple one that everyone at home will surely like is what you will get with this recipe for macaroni with ground beef. To give it a more original touch we will use the famous long macaroni, the result will make your mouth water.

Ingredients to make Pasta with ground meat:

  • 500 grams of Long Macaroni
  • 350 grams of ground beef
  • 150 milliliters of barbecue sauce
  • 400 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 4 units of tomato
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Pasta with ground beef:

  • Prepare the ingredients to prepare the macaroni.
  • To prepare the ingredients, start by washing the vegetables. Chop the tomato into small squares and grate the carrot. Also cut the white onion into small squares and chop the garlic very finely. Reserve.
  • Bring a pot to medium heat and add a little oil. Add the ground beef and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the grated carrot and fry for about three minutes.
  • Add the tomato, onion and garlic. Sauté for about 2 to 3 more minutes, stirring everything so that the ingredients are mixed.
  • Add the BBQ sauce along with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Add the vegetable broth and let our sauce boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, cook the long macaroni in boiling water until they are at the desired cooking point. The ideal is to eat it al dente but there are people who like it softer.
  • Serve the macaroni by bathing with the ground meat sauce and decorating with a little basil leaves. This pasta dish with ground meat is ideal for a family dinner and especially for children.
