Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients to make Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms:

  • 500 gr. noodles
  • 2 units onion
  • 200 gr. mushroom
  • 100 gr. bacon
  • 75 gr. butter
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 250 gr. cream
  • 2 units yolk
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • aromatic herbs

How to make Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms:

  1. Cook the pasta with plenty of salty water.
  2. Chop the onion and sauté it.
  3. When it becomes transparent, add the chopped bacon, and when it is fried, the mushrooms.
  4. Let it cook for a few minutes and add the cream, the Parmesan and the aromatic herbs.
  5. Reduce the cream until thick, then remove the sauce from the heat, add the egg yolks and mix the sauce into the pasta.
  6. It can be served like this or gratin with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
