  4. 1 pinch of dried oregano

  6. 1 pinch of garlic paste
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of Pepper
  9. 1 pinch of white sugar

How to make Pasta with tomato and amaranth sauce:

  • In the first step, what we must do is prepare the ingredients to make this recipe with amaranth.
  • To make the homemade tomato sauce for our pasta with amaranth recipe, we must wash the onion and tomato. Once clean, you must cut them into helmets as shown in the photograph and take them to a refractory, add salt, oregano, pepper and one or two tablespoons of olive oil. Take the preparation to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 160ºC.
