Ingredients to make Yellow Dogfish:

1 kilo and 1/2 of dogfish cut into large cubes.

  • 1 kilo of potatoes.
  • 3 ripe tomatoes.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 2 medium onions.
  • 2 slices of fried bread.
  • 1 green pepper.
  • 1 glass of white wine.
  • 1 glass of olive oil.
  • 2 slices of fried bread.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • 1 bunch of parsley.
  • 10 saffron strands
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin.

How to make Yellow Dogfish:

  1. Put a pot with water and saffron on the fire and add the potatoes cut into large cubes.
