  • 2 carrots cut into sticks

  • 1 tin or 50 g of anchovies
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped chives
  • Spicy or pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 box of small wooden sticks
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 can of hearts of palm

How to make Vegetables and vegetables with anchovy sauce:

  1. The presentation of the vegetables consists of nailing the chopped vegetables with wooden sticks in the grapefruit or in a small melon.
  2. They can also be presented in a simpler way in a pasapalera with anchovy sauces or mayonnaise with herbs.
  3. For the sauce, place all the ingredients in the blender, blend them and take the sauce to a container to serve with the vegetables.
