- 450 grams of fresh tuna (preferably red)
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 1 glass of sushi rice
- ½ glass of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts (peanuts)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

How to make Avocado Tuna Poke – Hawaiian Poke:
- Cut the tuna into cubes and reserve them for a moment. To make the authentic tuna poke, the ideal is to use Bluefin tuna; however, other types of tuna can also be used.
- Peel the garlic and crush it to mix it with the ginger paste.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice, and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, and you will have the tuna marinade ready.
- Add the fish cubes to the marinade and mix so that the tuna is well impregnated with the flavors. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions and drain it. If you don’t have sushi rice, you can use the type of rice you have at home to make the tuna poke bowl.
