Ingredients to make tuna tuna:
- Green bananas (very green, hard to peel and hard)
- 1 head of garlic
- tomato puree
- 1-2 hours

How to make tuna:
- Peel the plantains with a knife, split lengthwise and open the skin, cut into cubes 1 1/2 – 2 cm thick, soak in water with a little salt and lemon.

- Add the tomato puree and the rest of the ingredients correct the amount of salt and leave a spicy point.

- You can sprinkle some chopped and toasted almonds on top.
