Tuna and potato roll recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna and Potato Roll:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • a stick and a quarter of butter or margarine
  • 2 cans of good brand tuna in water
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Tuna and Potato Roll:

  1. If you like you can cut the potatoes into small pieces and cook them with salt. In a little water, mash them with a bean masher, so hot, add the butter and pepper. Stir everything very well.
  2. Separately, prepare the tuna as for a salad, adding a little sour cream and low-calorie mayonnaise, as well as jalapeño pepper, if you prefer a pinch of pepper, a small piece of bell pepper and celery, very fine.
  3. In a plastic spread the potato paste and put the tuna on it, spreading it all over the potato layer. Roll it up carefully and put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 30 minutes, bathe it with cream and ground pepper. Adorn it with strips of it.
