Brussels Sprout Stew Recipe
Ingredients to make Brussels Sprout Stew:
- 500 grams of potatoes
- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 3/4 liter of water
- 1 onion
- a green bell pepper
- 1/2 Kg of tomatoes
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Brussels Sprout Stew:
Boil the potatoes in water without removing the skin.

Clean the Brussels sprouts and make a cut in the bottom.
Cook them for 10 minutes.
Drain them.
Peel and cut the onion into thin rings.
Wash the pepper; remove the stem and seeds, cut into even pieces.
Heat ¾ liter of water and boil the onion and pepper.
When they are soft, add the chopped tomatoes, cabbage and basil.
Season.
Serve with boiled potatoes, peeled and chopped.
