Ingredients to make Molinera Trout:
- 4 trout serving
- 60g butter
- 3 lemons
- 1 glass of milk
- 50g of flour
- 1 sprig of parsley
- olive oil
- salted
How to make Molinera trout:
- We clean the trout, for this we open them in half and remove the bones (we can ask the fishmonger to do it for us).
- We pass the trout fillets through milk and coat them in flour
- On the other hand, we put half of the butter in a pan with a little hot oil and stir.
- Add the trout and fry over low heat for 5-10 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the pan and place on the plate in which we are going to serve.
- We squeezed one lemon, washed the other two and cut them into slices.
- Put the rest of the butter in the oil used to fry the trout, add the lemon juice and fry for a minute. Add the chopped parsley to the pan off the heat.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with the lemon slices and a few parsley leaves and serve.
