Ingredients to make Tilapia and Vegetable Papillote:
- 5 tilapia fillets.
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme.
- 150 ml of olive oil.
- 4 units of lemon.
- 200 grams of leek onion.
- 200 grams of carrots chopped into squares.
- 100 ml of white wine.
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- Aluminum foil.
How to make Tilapia and Vegetable Papillote:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- Mix the olive oil, the lemon juice, the garlic powder, the dried thyme and the white wine. Combine all the ingredients.
- Cut the aluminum foil into large squares. Add each of the ingredients on top of the aluminum foil squares adding a little salt and pepper to each of the fillets and the mixture from step two.
- Add the carrot and leek onion on top of each of the fillets.
- Close each of the fillets. Ideally, there should be a box as seen in the photo, trying to prevent the juices from leaking out of the aluminum foil. Place the fillets in a refractory pan.
- Preheat an oven to 160 degrees Celsius and bring the baking dish for approximately 15 minutes. Turn off the oven.
- Serve (if you want you can remove the aluminum or serve it in the aluminum) Enjoy.
