Ingredients to make Stewed Hake:

- 2 medium onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes

- Cream
- for the brother
- 300 ml. of white wine
- Toilet
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot

- 1 head of hake
How to make Braised Hake:
- Fry the onions and garlic in a little oil. Add the tomatoes and make slices and season lightly. Prepare the brother.
- Strain it and bathe the hake with it. Let simmer until slices are tender.
- Remove the hack and reserve it. Strain the brother again and transfer it to a saucepan.
- Garnish the fish with the cooked vegetables. Pour the cream into the brother to thicken it.
- Bring it to the fire until the liquid is reduced by half. Pour the brother over the hake.
