Ingredients to make Spirals with smoked salmon:
- 250 g of pasta spirals.
- 200 g of smoked salmon.
- 4 dl of liquid cream for cooking.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
- A pinch of ground black pepper.
- 60 g of grated Gruyère cheese.
How to make Spirals with Smoked Salmon:
- Cook the spirals in boiling salted water for 10 minutes and, once cooked, drain and reserve.
- Chop the fresh chives into brunoised (finely minced) and cook them over low heat with the olive oil.
- Add the liquid cooking cream and the wine and let the whole boil for 1 minute.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes and heat it a little in a separate pan.
- Add the salmon to the sauce and add black pepper to taste.
- We serve the sauce over the cooked and hot spirals, sprinkling with the grated Gruyère cheese.
