Ingredients to make special Sea Bream:
- 1 sea bream of 1 ½ Kg. or four ration sea breams
- 4 carrots
- 4 stalks of celery
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 glass of crushed tomato
- 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
- a few sprigs of parsley
- black pepper
- oil
- salted
How to make Special Bream:
- Cut the carrots, potatoes and bell pepper into 1 cm slices.
- Cut the celery into 2 cm pieces and the onion into wedges.
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add the vegetables and season.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes and remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon.
- Put the fish in a bowl and place the vegetables on top.
- In the same oil, fry the garlic for 1 minute and add the crushed tomato.
- Add salt and cayenne and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour 1 glass of water and bring to a boil.
- Pour over the fish.
- Bake in the oven at 200º C: for about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon and parsley.
