Ingredients to make Spanish baked sea bream:
- salted
- Oil 200ml
- onion
- 1/4 kg potato
- Green pepper 100gr
- Sea bream 2kg (1 or 2 pieces)
- White wine 200ml
- Lemon
- 1 fish brother
How to make Spanish Baked Sea Bream:
- In a besuguera, lightly sauté the onion and the julienned pepper.
- Once sautéed, it is covered with the potatoes cut into thin slices and seasoned with salt.
- The sea bream is placed on top.
- Some incisions are made with a knife and half-moons of lemon are inserted.
- It goes into the oven.
- When the sea bream is half roasted, soak it with the white wine and some fish broth.
- Let it finish roasting.
