Ingredients to make Smoked Salmon with Shrimp:
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon creamed horseradish
- 1 teaspoon chopped capers
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 75 – 100 gr of cooked and peeled shrimp
- 2 slices of salmon of 75
- 100 g lettuce leaves
- To decorate
- slices of cucumbers
- lemon slices
How to make Smoked Salmon with Shrimp:
- In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, radish, capers, parsley and juice. Add shrimp to soak well
- Spread the salmon slices out on a board and divide the mixture between them, roll them up carefully.
- Arrange a few lettuce leaves on 2 small plates and place the salmon rolls on top.
- Garnish with cucumber and lemon.
- Serve with rye bread and butter.
