Ingredients to make sirloin with anchovy cream:
- 1 can of anchovies
- 1 tablespoon gherkins
- 1/2 tablespoon capers
- 120 g softened butter
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 pieces of beef or cow tenderloin

How to make sirloin with anchovy cream:
