Sirloin with anchovy cream recipe

Ingredients to make sirloin with anchovy cream:

  • 1 can of anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon gherkins
  • 1/2 tablespoon capers
  • 120 g softened butter
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 pieces of beef or cow tenderloin
  • 60ml oil
  • salted
  • fresh ground pepper
  • green peas
  • steamed carrots as a garnish

How to make sirloin with anchovy cream:

  1. Wash, dry and chop the anchovies..
  2. Chop the gherkins and capers and add, along with the anchovies and lemon juice, to the butter.
  3. Beat everything very well and season.
  4. Step 2 Put the already whipped butter on a piece of plastic and wrap it in the shape of a roller.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  6. Step 3 Grill the sirloins, which should be tender on the inside and golden on the outside.
  7. Put them in a serving dish and season.
  8. Cut the butter roll into medallions and place one on each sirloin.
  9. Serve immediately, accompanied by steamed vegetables.
