  • 3 eggs.
  • 150 gr. of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 2 packages of cracker soda.
  • 3/4 cup of chopped parsley.
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • Oil to taste.
  • 1/2 cup of water.
  • 150 gr. of prepared flour.
  • 1 liter of vegetable oil.

How to make Sicilian Octopuses:

  1. Bonito can be replaced with any white fish that is easy to flake.
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Grind the cracker soda.
  4. Proceed to clean the fish well so that only fillets remain, cut them into squares, and begin to shred them completely, put it in a round container and add the ground biscuits, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, a little oil, grated cheese Parmesan, and a little water.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well until you have a good consistency, then take a little of the mixture and form medium balls and pass them in flour.
  6. In a frying pan with very hot oil, fry the fish balls until they are golden brown.
  7. In a separate pot, prepare the normal taco as for the cannelloni: (01 kg of diced onion, garlic, salt, pepper, mushrooms with bay leaf, large tomato sauce, etc.).
  8. Once the fish balls are well browned, add them to the taco that should be over low heat and let them boil for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve them and sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese, accompanied by boiled potatoes to taste (white or yellow) and grained rice.
  10. It is recommended to accompany with wine.
