Ingredients to make Lasagna of vegetables and prawns:
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 150 grams of peeled prawns
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 125 grams of spinach
- 80 grams of grated cheese
- 15 ml of oil
- 50 grams of baby carrots
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml of milk
- 20 sheets of lasagna
- 50 grams of peas
- 80 grams of almonds or peanuts
- 30 grams of butter
- 5 onion
How to make Vegetable and Shrimp Lasagna:
- In a frying pan, with a little oil, brown the garlic, and then add the carrots, almonds and peas.
- Sauté for about 8 minutes with the pan covered and over medium heat.
- Then the spinach, previously boiled, is added, after about 10 minutes the prawns are added.
- It finishes cooking in about 3 or 4 minutes and the filling are already done.
- Place the pre-cooked lasagna sheets in hot water with a jet of oil.
- Until they soften
- While they soften, prepare the béchamel.
- For the béchamel, grate half an onion and brown it in a pan with oil, then add two or three tablespoons of flour.
- When it is like a paste, add the milk and stir constantly so that lumps do not form.
- When it begins to thicken, add salt and add nutmeg.
- If it is too thick you can always add more milk.
- Place a layer of pasta with the lasagna plates.
- On top put a layer of filling.
- Another layer of pasta, another of filling and another of pasta.
- Cover with the béchamel
- On top put grated cheese and a few small balls of butter so that the cheese browns.
- Gratin ate in the oven and eats.
