How to make Sea Bass with Prawns:
- Clean, scale the sea bass well, and separate the loins.
- Once removed, we will remove the skin, passing a knife close to it and the meat of the sea bass, starting from the tail.
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper and add the sliced garlic and the sea bass fillets in a pan with hot oil.
- We do it on one side and when we turn the loins over, we sprinkle them with a little sweet pepper.
- We remove them and reserve.
- In the same pan without removing the oil or the garlic or the pepper, add the prawns until they turn red.
- Once the prawns have been removed, we reserve them, and add half a glass of white wine to the pan and stir to combine all the flavors.
- We assemble the plates with the loins and the prawns, sprinkling the resulting sauce over everything, sprinkling a little finely chopped parsley on top
- It is advisable to serve immediately and bon appetite.
