  • 500 grams of salmon trout
  • ½ lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Salmon trout in butter sauce:

  1. Clean the fish fillets and remove all the bones. If you prefer, you can ask the fishmonger to deliver the fillets already cleaned. And if you buy the whole fish and clean it at home, reserve the head to make fish stock.
  2. Season the fillets with the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and let rest for a few minutes so that the fish is well imbued with the flavors.
