Ingredients to make Tuna Noodles:
- 3 tbsp. of butter
- 2 tbsp. of chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp. of chicken broth in olive oil
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 250 gr. cooked and drained noodle
- 1 can of tuna
- 250 gr. grated manchego cheese
How to make tuna noodles:
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter, add the tomato puree, the chicken broth and let it season for two minutes; add the evaporated milk, the noodles and the tuna.
- Pour into a refractory mold, cover with the cheese and bake until gratin.
