Tuna noodles recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna Noodles:

  • 3 tbsp. of butter
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped onion
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp. of chicken broth in olive oil
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 250 gr. cooked and drained noodle
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 250 gr. grated manchego cheese

How to make tuna noodles:

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter, add the tomato puree, the chicken broth and let it season for two minutes; add the evaporated milk, the noodles and the tuna.
  2. Pour into a refractory mold, cover with the cheese and bake until gratin.
