Tuna and spinach lasagna recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna and Spinach Lasagna:

  • 1 can of Tuna in oil
  • 150 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 9 units of Pasta for lasagna
  • For the béchamel
  • 2 dessert spoons of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • to gratin
  • 4 slices of semi-cured cheese

How to make Tuna and Spinach Lasagna:

  1. We gather all the ingredientsto make the tuna and spinach lasagna. Remember that if you don’t have much time, you can buy pre-cooked lasagna sheets that don’t need to be cooked in water.
  2. Sauté the spring onionin a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Let it cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach, add a little salt and pepper and let them reduce their size.
  4. Then add the drainedand crumbled tuna. Mix with the spinach and reserve.
  5. Prepare the white sauceas explained in the béchamel sauce recipe for lasagna. Once ready, we mix 2/3 parts with the filling and reserve the rest for gratin.
  6. Cook the pasta for lasagna and place it on a baking tray that we have greased with a little oil on the base. We assemble the tuna and spinach lasagna: we put a layer of pasta and another of filling consecutively. We finish with a layer of pasta.
  7. We finished assembling the lasagna by putting the rest of the béchamel and a few slices of cheese to gratin. Bake at 190ºC until golden brown.
