- 400 grams of Macaroni
- 150 grams of smoked bacon
- 2 units of onion
- 400 grams of milk cream
- 3 units of egg yolk
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 250 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Traditional Macaroni Carbonara:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Peel the onions and chop them finely. Peel and crush the garlic and julienne cut the smoked bacon.
- Melt the butterin a pan and blanch the onions.
