- 5 salmon fillets.

How to make Pesto Salmon:
- To start making our pesto salmon recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- The first thing we are going to do is the pesto sauce, for which we are going to wash our fresh basil and take it to a bowl, add our olive oil and process with a mixer or processor.
- Once the basil has been processed, add the pine nuts and the garlic paste. Process again until all the ingredients is integrated.
- As the last step, add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and mix with a spoon. Reserve our pesto sauce.
- This is our desired consistency of our pesto sauce. Set aside.
- Place a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil; add each of the salmon previously with salt and pepper to taste. Fry very well on each side (approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side) and remove from heat.
- Serve our salmon with pesto adding a little of the sauce on top of each of the fillets.
