Ingredients to make chickpeas with spaghetti:
- 500 g of cooked or canned chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 250 g spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
How to make chickpeas with spaghetti:
- Boil the eggs and once they are cold, chop them into uneven pieces.
- Cook the spaghetti so that they are aldentes.
- Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan with the oil and parsley.
- Once the garlic is golden, add the chickpeas. After a few minutes and over low heat add the egg and mix the ingredients well.
- Add the spaghetti and stir well for about three minutes, just so that the flavors mix with the pasta.
