How to make Pizza of radicchio with capers and olives:
- Peel the garlic cloves and crush them.
- Clean the chicory, wash it and cut it into julienne strips.
- We put it in a casserole with the oil, the garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cook it over moderate heat for 15-20 minutes with the pan covered.
- Meanwhile we wash the capers and olives.
- Grease the oven plate with oil, put the pizza dough on the plate, and cover the base with tomato sauce.
- Add the cooked chicory, the capers and the olives and the Emmental cheese on top.
- When we have all the ingredients arranged on the pizza base, we bake for 30 minutes at 180 ºC.
