Ingredients to make Salmon in mint sauce:
- 4 slices of salmon
- 2 butter spoons
- 250 grams of cream or cream
- 3 cups fresh mint, the leaves
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 teaspoon of corn syrup
- 5 cups of milk
- 1 bell pepper sliced in julienne
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Salmon in mint sauce:
- Blend the milk, cream and mint leaves together with the corn syrup.
- In a pan over low heat, cook the salmon for approximately 5 minutes, adding the dill, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in the mint sauce and simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
- When serving, decorate the plate with mint leaves and bell pepper.
- It can be accompanied with rice or vegetables.
