Ingredients to make Salmon in mint sauce:

  • 4 slices of salmon
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 250 grams of cream or cream
  • 3 cups fresh mint, the leaves
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 1 teaspoon of corn syrup
  • 5 cups of milk
  • 1 bell pepper sliced ​​in julienne
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Salmon in mint sauce:

  1. Blend the milk, cream and mint leaves together with the corn syrup.
  2. In a pan over low heat, cook the salmon for approximately 5 minutes, adding the dill, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour in the mint sauce and simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. When serving, decorate the plate with mint leaves and bell pepper.
  5. It can be accompanied with rice or vegetables.
