Ingredients to make Salmon fillet in saffron sauce:
- 1 salmon fillet
- butter
- salted
- Pepper
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- garlic to taste
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- a few drops of lemon
How to make Salmon Fillet in Saffron Sauce:
- In a pan over the heat put the butter, salmon, salt and pepper.
- When the butter is completely melted add the pinch of saffron, onion, garlic, wine, tomato puree, cream and a few drops of lemon.
- Cover and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat.
