Ingredients to make Salmon en papillote with vegetables:

  • 5 salmon fillets (approx. 50g each)
  • 2 units of red paprika
  • 2 units of white onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 2 units of Lemon
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Salmon en papillote with vegetables:

  1. To start making our salmon en papillote with vegetables, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the vegetables as follows: carrot into strips, paprika or peppers into strips, garlic into slices and onion into pieces.
  3. Cut five large pieces of aluminum foil to make the papillote. Cover each of the fillets with the cut vegetables.
  4. Bathe with olive oil and the juice of the lemons the fillets on top.
  5. Wrap the salmon fillets with aluminum forming an envelope as shown in the photo, this is the papillote. Bake in the oven at 180º C. for about 30 minutes or more. If you want to cook the fillets more, the ideal thing to do with fish is not to eat them so cooked because they are proteins that do not require much cooking?
