How to make salmon and prawn delights with zucchini cream:
- Make small fillets and form rolls stuffed with prawns once peeled, salt and pepper them afterwards, bake at 180º for 5 minutes. For the zucchini cream, we will peel and chop the zucchini, onion, potato, garlic and cook them in a pot with water for 20 minutes, then drain the vegetables, crushing them, then add a splash of oil and season to taste.
