Salmon and Basil Sashimi Recipe

Sashimi is a dish of Japanese origin that has become very fashionable in recent years. This traditional dish, which is made with fish and some shellfish, consists of presenting the raw food in thin slices, approximately one centimeter wide, and accompanying them with soy or citrus. Follow the step by step of this easy recipe ideal for losing weight.

Ingredients to make Salmon and Basil Sashimi:

  • 500 grams of Salmon
  • 50 grams of dried Basil
  • 100 grams of pine nuts
  • 1 splash of lemon juice
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Salmon Basil Sashimi:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Cut the salmon into thick strips (so that there is one bite left for each strip of salmon) Add to the center of a plate.
  3. Add the lemon juice to each of our salmon bites. Let marinate for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Add the olive oil on top.
  5. Add the dried basil on top, decorate with pine nuts and the salmon sashimi will be ready. We recommend serving it with soy sauce and if you want you can accompany it with some sushi rice.
