Ingredients to make Roasted Sea Bass with Thyme Vegetables:

  • to sea bass
  • virgin olive oil
  • 5 green peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • a branch of thyme
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 onions 8 garlic cloves

How to make Roasted Sea Bass with Thyme Vegetables:

  1. Grease a baking dish with oil.
  2. Place a layer of thinly sliced ​​potatoes on the bottom, then the tomato, also cut into thin slices.
  3. Next the onion cut into rings and at the end the minced garlic.
  4. Sprinkle with thyme, add a bay leaf, season and just need a drizzle of good virgin olive oil.
  5. Bake the vegetables for about 15 minutes at 200ºC.
  6. Put the sea bass (washed, cleaned and seasoned) on the roasted vegetables, put it back in the oven, also at 200ºC, and let it roast for about 20 minutes.
  7. Served together with thyme roasted vegetables
