Tony spaghetti recipe

FoodsDiary By FoodsDiary

Ingredients to make spaghetti only:

  • 400 grams of spaghetti (gallon brand to my liking)
  • 8 beef sausages
  • 100 grams of diced bacon
  • 1 tin of figures
  • 1/2 liter of canned fried tomato
  • 1/4 glass of white wine
  • 1/2 medium size onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pilgrim
  • parmesan cheese and mozzarella
  • extra virgin oil
  • salted

How to make spaghetti only:

  1. We take the casserole and fill it by half or 3/4 with water, and add 2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste.
  2. We will put the spaghetti in and let it boil. (To know that the pasta is done I take out spaghetti and try it heehaw).
  3. When they are done, we will put them in a drainer and we will pass them through cold water. And we will let them rest for about 10 minutes so that the pasta can oxygenate.
  4. Take the onion and garlic and grate them finely, take a pan and add a drizzle of oil and add the onion and grated garlic.
  5. And let it fry a little, take the sausages and remove the skin (take a knife and make a cut from top to bottom, and you will see that the skin comes out like paper) and put the sausages in the pan with the garlic and the onion, stir a little and let it cook.
  6.  We take the bacon and when the meat and the onion are almost done, we add it, a few turns, we take the wine and add it and stir it so that the alcohol evaporates.
  7. When this is done we add the fried tomato to the pan, and we do not stop moving, then we add the can of figures and move until we see that the figures has been discarded, then the sauce is ready.
  8. We take the spaghetti and put it in the casserole – (we can use the one to boil the spaghetti) when we have the spaghetti in the casserole we add the sauce and stir until it is all compact.
  9. (We will grind this cold). When it is ready, we transfer to a baking tray and lay it all out very flat. We take the chopped parsley and throw it out, without going overboard.
  10. We take the Parmesan cheese and add it first and then the mozzarella- and we put it in the oven at 120 degrees for a few minutes until it browns a little.
  11. And “bon appetite”. (It can also be done with macaroni, also very good)
