  1. First of all, to prepare this delicious vegan dish, you must keep in mind that turnip greens can be obtained by buying fresh and leafy turnips. Cut the turnip tops and steam until tender, being careful not to overcook.
  2. Besides. Cut the slices of bread into cubes. Try to use compact bread or the day before.
  3. Next, fry the bread cubes in a couple of fingers of oil together with the chickpeas and rosemary. Stir all ingredients until browned on all sides.
  4. Serve the bread and chickpea fry placing the turnip greens on one side. Season the dish with a pinch of salt, white vinegar and oil
